Mr Su has nearly twenty years work experience providing tailored financial services to Australia and New Zealand based high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families. Mr Su migrated to New Zealand in 2000. In 2007, following completion of his MBA studies in Singapore, William returned to New Zealand and commenced his banking career with Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ).

Mr Su worked at the bank’s lending services division. This unique experience has contributed to Mr Su’s unique specialisation with regards to investment risk management, finance strategy, execution of facility documentation, and negotiation skills. Promoted to the bank’s commercial banking division, Mr Su was responsible for managing client groups covering local government bodies, major wineries, international law, and accounting firms, import and export businesses, and other listed companies. In late 2011, Mr Su joined the bank’s private banking division in the Melbourne Head Office.

Mr Su demonstrates a real interest in understanding client’s individual investment objectives and collaborates with his clients to form and execute an agreed investment strategy.
